Introduction:- Before starting the project I have passed across villages level scenario while had have seen the possibilities to acquire something better or make themselves in sustainable growth the children who live in those villages. With the experience of seven years journey and concerning to the public decided to start of organization through which spread awareness of making common people to human resource. The activities are  going on under the supervision of the organization. We conduct various activities related to local community issues like witch hunting, underage marriage, health and hygiene, education and pollution, awareness program on global warming sustainable development etc.
